From the supplier: Roberts Broadcasting Co is locked in a legal battle with the Home Shopping Network (HSN) over their contract that expires in the year 2003. Under this contract, Roberts' Channel 46 is required to air 55 minutes of HSN programming every hour. The broadcasting company is looking to the courts or the FCC to allow it to lessen its commitment to HSN, arguing that it will be of more service to the community if Channel 46 airs more programming produced locally.
